Ambient music usually works best for me. It provides comfortable background ambience I can sync my rhythms to without my mind getting engaged with it. I have albums by Thom Brennan, Steve Roach, Robert Rich, and some others on my MP3 player, which I keep plugged into Sony SRS-P7 speakers beside my pillow at night. These require no additional electricity, and they can be placed nearby my head, so that they are loud enough for me without being too loud for people in other rooms. New age music and classical music sometimes work too, but these often engage my mind more.
This is such a soft and beautiful song, it always helps lull me to sleep.

Everyone seems to have a different type of music that helps them relax and fall asleep. I find that acoustic covers of songs I know tend to help me best. I have a bad habit of doing most of my thinking when I'm in bed, so listening along to calm versions of songs I know allows me to get my mind off the world when I need to sleep. Here's a link to my covers playlist:

@bigd890 I'm personally of the opinion that it's warm ambient drone music, but really it comes down to what people condition themseleves to fall asleep to.
Nature sounds can be great, the sound of a tv too, some people find the sound of a fan.
Mostly I listen to audiobooks ;D But when it comes to music for falling asleep I can recommend Brian Eno. Particularly his >15min tunes are providing enough time to focus on just one track while heading towards dreamland. And arriving there before a new setting of sounds kicks in, grants just a very smooth transition.
@Normal95 couldn't agree more, brian eno is perfect!
Some long form ambient music - might be good for resting time...
If you like piano. Then Yurimi's songs are the best to sleep with.

For Ambient Music I tend to listen to some of the songs on the Skyrim Soundtrack (like A Winter's Tale, Shadows and Echoes, Into Darkness, Silence Unbroken, etc.)
If you can listen to music with Lyrics while you sleep I've listened to something that is still ambient but has words. Grizz has a song called Driftin' which is pretty calm.
Mad Sounds by the Arctic Monkeys, Gravity by John Mayer, and Sunsetz by Cigarettes After **bleep** are a couple songs by artists that are really calm.
Heres a smooth playlist! https://open.spotify.com/user/laisy/playlist/07eLdS5uGbyK6Gb7bF8VaF?si=vKKt8MTvT0yC6ZldbcwYjA
Lofi is some of the best music to fall asleep or relax to, i think
Hi, I'm looking forward to listen to the tracks you proposed. But they don't show right now, you need to copy the spotify URL. This is how you can find it:
open the playlist (or album, song), click on the 3 dots, click share, click copy spotify-URL. Back into message past URL into text box under message.
Good luck!
