Disappointed with errors in classical music track metadata

Newbie

I recently purchased Spotify Premium and, as a classical music fan, have been greatly enjoying the excellent sound quality and ad-free service. However, I have one big issue with Spotify's content:

Several classical recordings I regularly listen to are incorrectly titled, or the recordings themselves just cut off after 20 seconds (ie the track itself is only 20 seconds long) when the full track should be a few minutes long. I have submitted feedback forms multiple times with no apparent action taken.

Here are a few examples of this:

  • This album is completely, entirely mislabled. https://open.spotify.com/track/6QwUCTNHMqdgB5q7PJoSh5 . The first 6 tracks are all Suite No. 1, and instead they're labeled as 6 entirely separate Suites. It appears that this is a problem with the CD metadata, as it's also happening on the Amazon listings I can find. Here are the correct titles for the first 6 tracks:

Suite No. 1 in G Major: Preludium
Suite No. 1 in G Major: Allemande
Suite No. 1 in G Major: Courante
Suite No. 1 in G Major: Sarabande
Suite No. 1 in G Major: Menuetto
Suite No. 1 in G Major: Gigue

  • This particular CD also has a duplicate listing which is also mislabeled. (https://open.spotify.com/track/42OxCbovuegKeLtR3Pv2Iw)

These are actually two of my favorite albums, so this is really impacting my enjoyment of Spotify's premiums service.

Thanks!
