It's from Chantal (late 80s I think).Speedy J also made a version. Couldn't find any of them on Spotify, but it's on Youtube.

I'm digging this thread out as I'm listening to a new Renraku release that dropped today I think (or yesterday). It's got some nice female vocals in it!

This track featuring Melanie Guerrero has some nice smooth quality to it, with a twinge of lofi:
