I just got into The Beatles and have been absolutely obsessed. I wanted to ask you guys what you thought the most underrated/underappreciated song is from their entire discography, I listed mine below. Enjoy!
@joinjomo
What a beautiful thing to fall into The Beatles! You might have inspired me to do it all over again.
I love this song, I think it's highly underrated:

I also loved Yellow Submarine, their 1968 animated movie, which is like an extended music video to get you completely lost in the world of the music.
And I also went through an "Across the Universe" phase where I actually listened to the covers from the 2007 movie more than I did the original music!

For No One from Revolver. Its very short, lovely lyrics and lovely French Horn. Emmylou Harris has a more heartfelt and longer cover of it available on Spotify also. Thanks for this Post.
Revolver is my FAVORITE album of all time. And your song choice is absolutely a good choice.
Based on the comments above, i went back to listen to Revolver this morning, a Sunday morning. I took out the two songs I don't like and listened twice. I don't remember hearing 'I'm only sleeping' before so it was surely under rated by me. It was a revelation to me today. I also listened to the album on headphones for the first time and this brings out the instrumentation and production more. I love the 60's separated stereo where for example you hear the horns on 'Got to get you into my life' mostly in one ear only. Thanks for the posts, I plan to listen to 'Let it be' later based on the comment about 'Across the universe' . I didn't know there was a film called that.
Don't know if I'd consider this one under-rated, they have so much great content and the White Album was huge for them. With That said, Rocky Raccoon is nice short n' sweet one to check out if you haven't already

I'm only sleeping is a GEM!! I've listened o every Beatle song this song is one of the best. I love all their songs. I love playing I'm only sleeping on guitar. Glad you discovered it. Listen to these songs from the Beatles days. John and Paul and even George were in this lineup. The band was called the Quarrymen. The last song was on Anthology and I just needed to share it because it is amazing and could be considered underrated.
