In response to an outbreak of seriously depressing playlists about depression, I've started a playlist of cheerful, optimistic and philosophical songs about feeling lonely/sad/depressed. All genres welcome, except screaming punk, explicit rap, and metal.

I am setting up my new profile's playlists for days and just now I read your post.
Positive mood...
A few days ago I was looking for new album releases and find an interesting multi-genre album and artist,
"doitmusic", interesting for my taste anyway but because you wrote you're looking for positive tracks and I am making a playlist with positive tracks as well, I thought to share some tracks from that album, I can't select which one to choose yet...

Hey, thank you very much!First song isn't quite on the mark for my taste, but I can see why you suggested it.second song I love, and I added it to the playlist.Third track doesn't appear to have any lyrics, but I love String Cheese Incident - had totally forgotten about them - so I added it to my World Fusion playlist.And since I made the playlist, it's got a lot of new additions from my man-partner, which gave it a new flavor - check it out! :)Thanks again,Elise

Hey there,Thanks a lot for your suggestions.It's good music, but for this particular theme I think it's too pedantic (more like self-help music than lighthearted feel good music).Meantime, my husband just added a bunch more tracks, which have taken the playlist in a new direction. The music is upbeat (and really well produced, BTW), but not quite inspiring/happy enough for my current playlist. But I think your songs are going to do well. Hook up with the folks on the Spotify Trading FB pages, and you should get some good placements.
