PLEASE HELP What is this music video!?

about 7 years ago, i saw a music video randomly come on palladia (music channel), it was really funny and just ridiculous: it took place in a grocery store. The guy and maybe a girl? was running and walking through the grocery store singing, and random stuff would happen down the aisles. At one point, a guy was sitting down against the shelf with a pile of blood oozing around him. It it bothering me that I did not note the name or artist. I have searched google for "songs that take place in a grocery store" like this one, but I have not found the music video I am looking for! I am hoping someone else has seen the music video, or listen to this artist.

I did a research on Google trying to find that (usually I have no luck haha), any chances this would be the song: "Michael Bublé - Haven't Met You Yet"? I believe the music video is similar to the description you shared. 🙂
