What are the albums you are waiting for in the last quarter of 2019

Hi all,

The last quarter of the year a lot of new albums will be released as always. What are the albums you are looking forward to?

For me this is:

- nick cave

- deluxe version of 1999 of prince (my favorite prince album I guess)

- Neil young

- bruce springsteen - western stars live.

Let me hear what are yours.

Regards,

René

For me it would have to be:

  • City and Color - A Pill For Loneliness (Just two more days!! Ahh!!)
  • Vérité - New Skin
  • Vancouver Sleep Clinic - Onwards to Zion

There are also many others coming out next year that I wish would come sooner, but good things come to those who wait 🙂

Hi @Jpgchief,

I thought a knew a lot of music but from this list I only know Leonard Cohen. Got some catching up to do 😀

Thanks,

René

Nothing easier than finding and displaying a listing of all the albums to be released until the end of the year. But for answering such a topic, it needs to be serious and staying concentrated, as I always do, on quality rather quantity 🙂

So, my choice will be limited to 3 albums that I am sure I will buy a vinyl version for a comfortable Hi-Fi listening 🙂

- Neil Young : Colorado

- Cigarettes After Sex : Cry

- DJ Shadow : Our Pathetic Age

That said, of course, there will be lots of other new albums that I will also listen and recommend with pleasure.

Hi @Soundofus,

I'm also looking forward to Neil young. Never know what to expect. The first 2 songs already released don't sound too promising ☹, especially rainbow of colours sounds a bit disappointing.

Regards,

René

The Nick Cave album is already released, so now I'm only waitin for Leonard Cohen and I'm curious about new album by Carla dal Forno. I recently discovered her music and it's interesting.

For me, it's the new Oh Wonder album (title and release date TBA, but I think/hope it's by the end of 2019).

They've released one single so far, Hallelujah, along with an Unplugged and an Acoustic version of the song.

Have been following their journey since 2016, saw them live in late-2017, and now looking forward to what they have in store for the fans.

What I love about them is that they send an overwhelmingly positive message through their music, which is a reflection of the people they are.

Hmm. I am not sure because at the moment, the only confirmed album I am looking forward to is Miranda Lambert's "Wildcard" (Bit annoying she's released so much of the album in singles already)

Maybe Elbow's album next week as well.

Possibly Adele, if it's confirmed she's releasing her album toward the end of the year. Also King Princess

Anything by Amon Tobin and his aliases. :')

I'll also look up any new release from my favourite labels as well as some of my favourite artists like Alix Perez. I don't really know specifically what to look forward to other than Long Stories by Amon.

Hi @crowdiegal,

Really like what I've heard of King princess so far.
