Why is October Project's first album not on Spotify?

I am slowly building a great album collection here on Spotify. But there are some curious omissions. One of my favorite albums of all time is October Project's first album. Very sad to not find it here.

Not every album or song is available on Spotify.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.
