Yoga Class Playlist

Hi All,
I am a yoga teacher and want to play something different than the usual spa-type music normally played.

Here's what I am seeking

Length: 75-85 minutes, but as close to 75 as possbile.
Start: First 10 minutes should be lower tempo for the warm up
Build: for the next 35 minutes have the music build and peak around the 60-65 minute mark.
End: Last 10 minutes tempo decreases and last 5 mediatate for final resting pose
No EDM

Thank you and namaste,
James

Hello,

I've been creating these recently as I am now doing yoga more often and I've heard the same thing from yoga instructors in my town.

I've been creating monthly flow playlists that would fit what you are looking for using music from different major cities.  Enjoy!

I've been experimenting with Solfeggio Frequencies.  My Sunrise2Sunrise album is based on those frequencies.  I've been speaking with Yoga and Meditation teachers about using this and music in general with classes.  Would love to hear your feedback.

If you like, I'd be happy to curate something that follows the flow that you've described.

Musically,

Wow, you are playing a lovely role in society, I am sure about it! You know, I have always been thinking about such a way of serving other people, especially children. It's a truly amazing thing! Unfortunately, I am still seeking my soul's calling, I call it in this way. I don't know about the sources you can get this music. But I can suggest to you one lovely site. What do you think about the https://yogapractice.com/yoga/luxury-yoga-retreats-in-costa-rica yoga retreat in Costa Rica  in general? Don't you think it's an ideal method of relaxation?

Hey @WaterOxMgmt!

I don't have a specific playlist in mind, but I know a yoga instructor who has a good selection of playlists which she's curated herself (just under 90 in total).

Her classes last anywhere between 60-90 mins and have a similar structure/flow to the one you described.

This is her profile - have a browse: https://open.spotify.com/user/11141416477
