Hi i have problem to upgrade my spotify premium family via card payment. I have fill in all the correct details in the box provided but the payment failed. i dont have problem with my card and my balance is still sufficient. what should i do to upgrade my payment. even after i change my card from the previous one, the upgrade is still fail.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

It'd be great for you to double-check the card you're trying to use is also enabled for recurring purchases. Ideally, it'd be best to check this with your bank.
