Artists song doesn't appear on his tracklist

Hello, I'm having some trouble and I'm here looking for answers, please help if you can.

The above stated song was released a week ago and the song appears on the main artists tracklist, but it doesn't on the ft. Artists and usually the track is available on both the artists page.

We've been asking Spotify to rectify it for a week now but every time they say problem has been solved when it hasn't.

Is anywhere aware how else we can contact them in order to rectify this problem? We've tried their support page and twitter dms
