Best electronic music producers (in your opinion)?

I might have, umn, stolen the idea from another thread right here, but I think this could get interesting as well. It's not as clear due to the huge amount of various (sub)genres and really incredible underground forward-thinking.

So, who do you find are the best, or I'd probably prefer, most innovative and important electronic producers/acts? 🙂
Do include the (basic) genre with the artist too because electronica does contain pretty much everything.

There's a few that come to mind for me, namely Calvin Harris, Moderat (Modeselektor and Apparat), Royksopp, Aphex Twin (a true pioneer), and Jamie xx.
