As much as Spotify loves to have all the great music out there available to its listeners, Spotify is not solely responsible for the addition/removal of songs. You could maybe (if at all possible) reach out to the people responsible for producing the song and see what they say. Generally there would have to be a high enough demand from others like yourself for them to arrange putting the song up on Spotify.
