Can't find a song

Hi. I've heard a song two months ago on a radio station and since then I can't find it. This is what I remember about that song:

- female vocal (might be a band as well)

- pop/rock genre, probably from '90s/'00s, but might be a newer one

- chorus written in D major (Em and G are the last two chords in chorus)

- in the end of the chorus she says "it's you and me" (99% sure that's what she says)
