Amon Tobin albums have really sweet cover arts, particularly Out From Out Where, which looks like this:

This year was the 20th anniversary for this album and to celebrate it, Ninja Tune repressed the vinyl record, turning it into one of the most beautiful records I've laid my eyes on!

although it's not the most exciting cover at first glance i think sufjan stevens album illinoise has such a fun story behind it and im lucky enough to have an original pressing with the o.g. controversial cover if u wanna read more check out this article!
The records i preordered have (quite incidentally) awesome cover arts. This one is for Ténèbre
..and then again, everything Yuku releases is a crown jewel 😄
