DJay App ends July 1 2020

Hi, can someone confirm if support for 3rd party DJ apps will be ending 1st July 2020?

Hey there,

Apparently this was decided long ago. But I think timing of this decision / execution to happen right now in the middle of a global pandemic was never the intention of Spotify and their team. But there maybe latitude to delay it. So best to let them know how much we appreciated the support for 3rd party DJ streaming Apps. I’m not a DJ, but love the wind down at the end of a long and stressful day!

I’m hoping there might be a possibility to delay until July 2021.

Any one who knows why this is rewoked? Is it an Spotify decission or an Algorithm strategy on account of theire  Tidal support?
