Did you manage to find out the title of this track you heard first? 

For me it's hard to respond precisely, but my first memories go back to these 3 songs:

I was born in 2003 , so I'm thinking it was about 2008 and this Miley Cyrus track seems like the first.

Almost 100% positive it was this:
