Getting the most out of the community chats

Hello!

I think that this particular chat area is my favorite. I really like the idea of platform users sharing ideas and using this space to learn and interact with fellow music lovers. 

However, more often than not, I see posts about suggested (or demanded) app changes, issues with troubleshooting, criticisms of platform services, etc. While Spotify has made it clear that your opinions matter and they encourage feedback, I ask that you please communicate through the avenues intended for them.
