I don't remember the name of the band, but I remember the album cover

 I don't remember exactly how these songs sounded, but their genre was pretty depressive, as was the cover, kind of like rock. I only remember the chimneys from which yellow smoke came out, something the situation and the sky were in waste Please help find this band.  Sorry for my drawing skills, I tried ti depict what the cover looled like
