I need help finding a certain song!!!

Hello! There is a song I am looking for and I only have a slight idea of what the album cover looks like. (When I listened to it it was a year ago and very late don't judge). When I listened to it I was also using a different account. So the song is quite creepy and it's about being obsessed about someone or something. I'm pretty sure the album cover has a cartoon-ish shoe or two shoes and it has a face. I can't recall any lyrics or the tune, only that it has some piano chords (there was a video on yt on how they made the video). I can't find the song on Spotify or Youtube anywhere. If anyone knows please let me know! Thank you!
