When i am trying to find out the name of a song or the artist i type some of the lyrics into Google, sometimes it helps, try that. It sound like 2 songs together at one point, sorry not the most helpful but give it a bash.

It was recorded from a radio show in Algeria back in 1988 or 1989.... That show usually played the recent international pop songs, so it is probably a song on its own....
