Im new to spotify not music.

Hello? 

Ok who helps run this? How do i get music added on spotify that is relevent but not on there already? 

I cant keep referring to youtube where i am shunned from my music for putting their dumb app in the background. 

Music saved my life so im trying to return the favor and **bleep** music over eveyome that respects it.

It's labels, artists and distributors that upload music on Spotify for streaming. Basically, if the person has the rights to upload the song (they created the tune or they own the rights to the tune), they can get it on Spotify. Otherwise it's not possible, for legal reasons.

But - users can also add music to their playlists and listen to them. The user who owns them can listen to them, others can see these tracks, but can't listen to them. They're called local Files.
