Janet Jackson Tracks Not Available?

Two of my favorite Janet Jackson tracks "Twenty Foreplay" and "Runaway" are not available to stream on Spotify despite the albums "Design of A Decade" being on there. Why? "Runaway" was a huge commercial single and one of her biggest hits.

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Music availability depends on the artist/label, not Spotify.
