Lost a new favorite track

So I’ve been following the Totally Stress Free playlist and found a new favorite track which I’ve been listening a lot. Yesterday, Spotify updated the playlist and removed that track. Is there any way to find out which song I like? Of course I forgot the name of the band.

If you did listen to it recently and you haven't listened to a lot of music after that, you might find it in Spotify's play history.

Other than that I can't really help... You might be lucky to find it in your Daily Mixes.

Other than that I do recommend setting up a last.fm account, so no other songs will go missing.
