Missing Album

I can't find the Album "Fenomeno" by Fabio Viscogliosi in the list of his albums, but I know it is available in the French Spotify version. I'm located in Italy and the Italian Spotify doesn't show this album among others. Can anybody tell me the reason? Can I use the French version?

We know that Spotify would like to make all the world's music available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

On the other hand, new content is added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find something you’re looking for now, it may appear (or reappear) soon. 

Meanwhile it might be a good idea to reach the artist through his social media channels.
