Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Music availability depends on the artist/label, not Spotify.

Hi.

Can you tell me how is the reason, that Ian Van Dahl's albums "Ace" and "Lost And Found" aren't available in my home country, Poland? The same situation is with Milk Inc's albums "Supersized" and "Forever".

The answer is quite simple;

The distributor may have made those songs unavailable for certain markets based on their speech/censorship laws.

The artist/estate of artist could have opted for a tailored release and not made all songs available in certain markets.

The song may have uncleared samples/interpolations and are prohibited from the platform until resolved.
