Hello Sportify I am creator on YouTube I would to download music relaxing to post on my channel it is copyright or not  ?

You won't be able to do that for two reasons:

1. you can't download music off Spotify to use in other media. It's a streaming service and not a music store like Bandcamp or Junodownload.

2. copyright. Youtube will very likely hit you with copyright claims before you even manage to upload your video. You need permission from the artist to use their music in your clip, or you can just use royalty-free music, for which there are several sites out there that offer lots of that.
