It sounds like it's a louder-than-usual sidekick-sound from guitar playing, you know, from sliding on the strings. There are similar sounds in the song, but they are just not that outstanding.
There's another version of this song on an album called Earth, it doesn't have that sound.

But that also sounds different overall.
