Please help find song

I have a song stuck in my head but when I try to sing it or hum it the tune won't come out. I think is was a 90s rock/soft rock song. Either the begging or ending is just a a man humming using either na, da, or later sounds. There is no music accompanying him that I can remember and it's kind of raw sounding.
