Share songs with synthesizers that you like

Do you enjoy listening to a song where the synthesizers sound especially nice?

If so, feel free to share a link to the song (there’s info here on how to do that), as well as to describe how the synths in the track sound to you, how they contribute to your appreciation of the song, or anything else that you’d like to mention. 

For me, one song for which I always seem to appreciate hearing the synths is “6EQUJ5” by the Netherlands-based space rock band Monomyth:

Perhaps my favorite part of this song can be heard right at the beginning, where a low-pitched synth creates a series of repeating notes that fade into and out of audible range. I think they have a pleasantly warm and fuzzy sound that makes this song quite memorable to me, sometimes reminding me of the sort of “space music” that I imagine might be played at planetariums. These "warm, fuzzy" synths soon overlap with airy, "chiming" notes from what sounds to me like another sort of electric keyboard, and then they're joined by motorik rhythms from the drums and then by electric guitar and bass melodies. As a whole, I think “6EQUJ5” coalesces quite nicely in the first few minutes, in part due to the excellent synths, which take on a more melodic role in places such as 2:03 - 2:53 and 4:24 -5:13 minutes into the song.

I missed this post- synthesizers are dope. 

I could prattle on with a ton of songs but I’ll stick to one of my favorite artists, Julian Casablancas- both with The Strokes and on his debut solo album.

My personal favorite examples are “11th Dimension” off of “Phrazes For The Young,” as well as “Brooklyn Bridge To Chorus” from “The New Abnormal.”

And for good measure The Beastie Boys.
