Song exists and is playable, but is not searchable

Hi

I know some songs might be grayed out because of licensing issues. This IS NOT what my question is about.

Some songs exist on spotify (I can play them), but unless I have them on a playlist, I'm not able to find them. Or in the following case,  I only found it because some user had the song in a public playlist - and I only found the song because the playlist is named after the song.

Example of unsearchable song:

Song: Blue Skies - Doris Day https://open.spotify.com/track/4lieiBvCV75ohsDtzteKMt?si=Jj54netiQwCt23TAXXNuDQ

the search for «track:"blue skies" artist:"doris day"»  has zero results. The search for «artist:"Doris Day"» also does not retrieve this song.

the search for «blue skies doris day»  gets me a playlist called "Doris Day - Blue Skies"

https://open.spotify.com/playlist/42D3VoAEEbk9Xm9y3zuM4r?si=-jmhJ8VeShGgnZa6tT5oZA

And the above song exists in this playlist

Help. I'm sure many more songs there are like this. How can I report these things to Spotify without being directed to the common "licensing issues" FAQ?

update: in the embeded playlist above it says the song is from "The Tributers". On Spotify desktop app it says is from Doris Day.
