 Promotion might sometimes be a hard task to handle and i'm sure you, as an artist,is fully invested in it.

Patience is the name of the game.

If i may, i'd like to add some advises to my reply:

First, i'd take a "walk" online and check for strong independent playlist curators and send them your music - nothing to lose.

In addition, check out this magnificant Spotify for Artist promotion guide which provides great info and tips that might help.

Last but not least, pay a visit to the "Music Chat" tabs and different sections of the community and add your new track for suggestions.
