Does anyone else keep getting the "Oops. We can't pull your data right now" message when trying to get their Year In Review??? It has been doing this for the last two weeks and I'm beyond confused as to why I'm getting this message.
For some reason i can't view anyones Year In Music thing. All it does it redirect me to the home page of My Year In Music 😕 Also i try to find out my year in music and it seems to be loading data, but then nothing appears on screen. I tryed restarting my computer and I tryed a different browser too, but im still encountering the same problem 😞 Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix this problem? This "My Year In Music" thing seems really cool and i'm interested in what mine and others look like.
It looks like am able to view your My Year In Music image, but the majority of people i have seen sharing are using the website social media linking which from what you said isn't working i guess. My main problem is not being able to see my own My Year In Music page though 😕
I'm not completely sure what you mean by created user account. The Spotify account I use now I've had since early 2013, but today is my first time using the forums. Yes, i've been going to https://www.spotify-yearinmusic.com and clicking the button in the right hand corner and then signing into my account, but everytime i do that it just pulls up a blank page 😕 I thought it was a browser issue too, so that was the first thing i tryed and it didn't fix the problem unfortunately. If you can't think of any reason why it's doing it or how to fix it's fine. I just thought i would ask to see if someone was possibly experiencing the same thing as me and knew how to solve the problem. Thank you for trying to help me though 🙂
