Trying to find name of 90s album

Hi - I'm trying to find the name of a band and/or album from the 90s. I had an album and on the cover was a melodica (I think it was yellow) sitting on something like either a rock or a table, in something like a warehouse. The music - if I remember correctly - was dub/reggae electronic, with melodica used in it. Any help is very much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply! Don't think that's it. I'm pretty familiar with Underworld and I've never seen an album cover like that for that great record. The only covers I've seen have what looks like line art or Rorschach tests (inkblots). The music from the album I'm searching for was also, if I remember correctly, very dub-style - slower with heavy dub beats and a lot of melodica. I appreciate the reply.
