Using a cc-by-sa image as the image for a track

I'm about to release a new track, and I want to use an image from wikimedia commons as the cover image. Its licence is cc-by-sa, which means I have permission to use the image, but I'm expected to give credit to its author. I can't see any way to give credit within spotify or the aggregator I use (CDBaby). Anyone have any ideas?
