This is part 1 in an original story by me. While this is part of the story, it will NOT be apart of THE MASK, the long playlist I'm working on. The events here happen 150 years before the main story. This is the backstory of our anti-villain, Mortyr. None of these songs are mine, this is just a playlist. The cover art was done by me.

BITTER:
150 years before INTO MADNESS, there was a family of three that lived in a small apartment in a big, beautiful city. However, there was a dark side to the city's beauty. A boy, Anthony, lived in a cruel society filled with hatred and lust for being number one. The streets reeked with blood and **bleep**, buildings defaced, vicious street gangs everywhere, and people seemed fine with it. The only place Anthony felt safest, was his room. One night, everyone in the apartment was asleep when Anthony and several others woke up to a loud BANG. He looked out the bedroom window and saw that the apartment below was on fire. Anthony dashed to his parent's bedroom to wake them up. Without warning, the floor below them collapsed. Minutes later, the rest of the building fell on top. Only Anthony survived because his father shielded him from the debris. Losing both of his parents to an explosion, Anthony was left abandoned, sent to foster care. He was later adopted by an abusive family and It's best not to go into detail on what happened. Listen as our anti-villain loses his sanity, becoming the infamous, Mortyr.
