New Songs, New Follower or Followers

A couple days ago, I switched out some songs, on my main biker playlists, that I realized weren't really fitting, with others that I had on a small, similar playlist, as well as a song that I know that I had on them, but weren't now. It's very bizarre and sketchy. Anyway I'm happy with the changes, and even though I still have a song to change, on one of them, I just gained a new follower on each of the playlists. That was interesting. I'm wondering how that came to be.
