Share a solo project by an artist you like

Do you enjoy listening to any solo projects by musicians from bands that you like? If so, feel free to share!

One example that comes to mind from my listening is the solo project entitled delving by Nick DiSalvo (frontman from the genre-pushing heavy rock band Elder):

Musically, delving sounds to me most similar to Elder’s The Gold & Silver Sessions (one of my favorite Elder albums), in that the project’s evocative soundscapes are instrumental and incorporate elements of psychedelic- and krautrock. My favorite track by delving is also called “Delving,” and can be found on the debut album, Hirschbrunnen, released earlier this summer (thank you @StompingLlama for sharing this great track with me!)

enjoyed delving, not familiar with Elder I'll have to check them out.

Does a side project count? Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying) produced three albums with his side project Austrian Death Machine, all about putting metal/thrash to Arnold Schwarzenegger movie lines & some Arnold voice overs. There are some really good tracks, this one especially. Good music to run to!

Thanks for sharing, @MikeDmo24; I hadn’t heard of Austrian Death Machine before, and it sounds fun to listen to! Yes, side projects can count for the purposes of this thread; I think it’s great when artists branch out from their main bands as a way to further explore their musical creativity–whether through a solo project or a side project.
