Songs I've marked not to play are playing and are unskippable

Like the title says, on a playlist I've been listening to, there's a few songs I DO NOT want playing, but they still do. They're also unskippable, which is a problem because it's not my playlist and I can't remove them, so they're just able to play and I have to listen. How can I fix this?
