Right now i'm listening to Deru. The wonderful, sad, hypnotic and layered sound of Deru that I could just walk and disappear into.

Right now it's the last song of the album 1979, and it's coincidentally the song that got me falling in love with the artist:

and next album up is Torn in Two.

I bought both of those on vinyl earlier this year after drooling over the thought of having them on vinyl for uh, 3 years by then 😅. I was aware Torn in Two would come in some sort of splattered color (I didn't read too much into that, I just wanted the records so much!), and subsequently when it finally came in, holy crap it blew me away...!
it looks like jewelry. are records supposed to look like jewelry??

Also, the sleeve looks so beautiful in its full 12'' glory. Same goes for 1979.
