Workout Weekly Warrior Fit

This week's workout is 30:60s which adheres to a work to recovery ration of 1:2. Jog for 1/4 mile. During to work interval sprint 30 seconds. During the recovery interval walk for 60 seconds. Repeat 30:60s over 20 minutes followed by a cooldown. Let's Go!
