I'll revive this and recommend some tracks from two artists I love who have many tracks with < 1,000 plays. 

 

First, because I will never miss an opportunity to mention them now, KINGZMN's Destiny, 2 On, Losing Focus, Persona, Gave You My Heart, and To Paris. Absolutely amazing. ❤️

 

Secondly, the Once... EP and both albums from Dungeon Synth/Ambient Synth artist Wooded Memory! He's based in Maryland and has produced some great tracks since he released Once... in 2019. My personal favorite track is Waiting For Never:
