REDEEM SPOTIFY CARDS

WE HAVE REDEEM 2 SPOTIFY CARDS BUT ITS ONLY GIVING ME 3 MONTHS SHOULD BE 6 MONTHS. HELP PLEASE?

Are you sure you are redeeming the correct subscription? 

A 3 month premium gift card (not ecard) can be claimed for 3 months premium or 6 months unlimited or used for downloads.

It depends on your payment method. 

If you are on a rolling monthly payment, you can alter your subscription easily from your online subscriptions pages.

If you pay by gift or eCards, it might not be possible to change until the end of your current term, however I could be wrong. Check on your subscription pages and it will tell you.

 

If you have any issues, get in touch with the Spotify payments team using the online contact form.
