Hi signed up for premium family, I used an Australian card  to pay and registered my New Zealand address as it is where I live and the sent invitations to family at that New Zealand address but they are unable get into Spotify .. my phone is an Australian provider Telstra

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Please keep in mind that all family members must reside at the same physical address. If you all live in New Zealand (so their Spotify accounts are set in New Zealand) but your account is set in Australia, you'll need to update your account's country settings to match your location. To do so, you can follow the steps here.
