30 seconds song preview on Facebook not showing up

So, when you share a song from Spotify to Facebook there used to be a way of making the 30 seconds preview appear by using the Debugger Tool. However, since a few weeks, this doesn't work anymore, aparently for everyone, is there a new tool I don't know about yet? A way to fix this?

Ive been able to share links to songs on Facebook and have it play a 30 second clip of them which was one of my favorite features. Since a few days ago, the player is completely gone when I share to fb and only gives the album cover. It's super annoying and I just want my friends to be able to hear what I'm listening to. Not even sure if I want premium anymore because my main thing was to look up songs I liked and share them with my everyone and it totally undoable now.

It looks like Spotify and Facebook no longer support this feature that shows a preview of the Spotify song when you post it on Facebook.

Update: appears this was not intentional and has been fixed.

Yep, the 30 second mini preview player doesn't show on Facebook anymore when sharing songs, just a static album cover image, which sucks cause I share songs all the time to my FB page/groups.   Using the Facebook Sharing Debugger website doesn't work anymore either, no matter how many times you "scrape" the link.

Don't know if it's a Facebook issue or a Spotify issue.

Yes, not having 30 sec preview is definitely uninviting. It's pretty noticeable, that people are less likely to share songs from Spotify on Facebook.

I got this response when I Tweeted them about this  two weeks ago

”Hey Carl! We're afraid previewing songs is no longer a feature, but will let the right folks know you'd like to see this again. For anything else, let us know /JX”

I’m missing the feature as well and now some times it doesn’t even show a picture in a browser it says something like “attachments not available” really annoying. Here’s the tweet

Thanks for your patience thus far- this should be now fixed!

Tip: If you use the Facebook Debugger to scrape the link you want to share, make sure to remove the ?si=xxxx part from the link.

what can we do to get the preview to show in the new facebook design? it shows the preview on the debug page, but in actual facebook it doesn't

The new Facebook design doesn't allow to have a play button for the preview, which just make me dislike the design choice even more...
