384Khz 32bit Samplerate doesnt work

So I´ve bought me a new Soundcard (Creative Soundblaster X AE-5) and when im switching the card to the Direct Mode and set the Samplerate to the maximum of 384Khz and 32Bit, Spotify skipping songs forever and I dont get any audio with Spotify. When Im switching to 192Khz 32bit Spotify is working without any problem.

Tested with the Spotify Desktop App, and the Windows Store Version.

So maybe Spotify is not ready to support such high Samplerates?

It's odd that this happens. Just to confirm, is it only happening when using the Creative Soundblaster sound card in the settings you mentioned? You could try choosing the high sample rate option and restart Spotify to see if it makes any difference. Let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using. We'll see what to suggest.
