Ads freezing spotify

When using my free Spotify Webplayer when it's time for an ad I can't hear the ad it's only clickable. The only way to get the Spotify to play music again is to click on a song. I didn't mind listening to the ads but now having to go in and select a song every 20 minutes or so is getting annoying. Anyone else having this issue?

That's not cool! Could you clear your cache and cookies and see if it happens after that? Also, if you could send over a screenshot of what you're seeing, that'd be awesome! 🙂

I clear my cashe frequently and it doesn't make a difference. It's happening less today than previously. I have to go in and pull up my song list and pick a song to get it to start playing again. I think it's weird that I can't hear the ads anymore. I'm wondering if it's part of my virus program?

Just to check @altlbts - do you have an ad blocker on your website? Also, have you tried checking your virus program settings?
