Advertisements replaced by cat images

Hello! I have annoying ads on Spotify, my every ad is with this cat below. Any ideas what is this or it's only "normal ad"?  When I click on this ad my Spotify app restarts! Thanks!

I really hope that this problem solves because I find the photos annoying and actually weird and uncomfortable. I mean the cats don't even look normal xD. I wonder why cats?? its so strange ahahahah

no jokes these cats have scared me many times. Today I was working then I wanted to change the song and boom the cat appeared looking at me in that disturbing way. If its a prank its actually very good. I'll tell you if anything changes

Anyway, i don't know if i can put a link there but if you search "Cat ads spotify Reddit" on Google another guy who seems to know about what he is talking (even if we are in the Internet so...always be careful) has written a interesting theory for this phenomen.

Yeah, cat disappeared but i still have the problem that my user name sometimes resets to the original registration name and the homepage sometimes doesn't load
