Album art not appearing on Discord

My Question or Issue

I have all the proper settings enabled, earlier I had problems with the status display itself (it used to not show up sometimes), now the problem has become that the album/music art is missing in the status and the album name is null. Bots are not able to display my status on chat. (See attachment)

It started happening to me as soon as I linked it to my playstation 4. I've unlinked, re-installed, restarted my phone, everything under the sun to fix it, trust me. Nothing has worked, it still says "on: null"

Just install a previous version of discord.. like 53.8 until they have announced that its fixed

Hello! I am having the same problem 3 days ago and it has not been fixed or reinstalled both applications. 

I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My device is a Samsung Galaxy j2 prime. 

I must mention that I've never had this kind of trouble before. I hope you can figure it out soon. Greetings.

@Manickyoto Theres no solution as of now. You will have to wait for an update from Discords end as it's a glitch in discord. Until then you can try downloading a previous version of discord I recommend 53.8

@Anurag9Craft Last night I installed an update to Discord but today still has the same problem of the covers and "album null"

@gamer_dog21 Exactly. Either way, it doesn't really if Spotify or Discord fails, but that problem couldn't be solved in either case.

i also have this problem and no album image, i tried updating my discord and Spotify to the lastest version (for discord, it's the beta version)

on pc it's fine, this just happens on mobile

device is redmi note 9 pro max

i know when i had beta a month or so ago, i had this problem, but when i left beta the problem was fixed. so it's some problem with discord and a new update. i guess we have to hope in future updates the problem is fixed.
