[Android] App crashes when trying to open Die drei ??? artist profile

A couple of weeks ago my Spoitfy started having trouble viewing songs and albums of the artist Die Drei ??? (German audiobook).

I thought it was an issue of my phone the Mate 20 Lite. However,  I got a new phone, the Axon 10 Pro, and the issue still persists. App works perfectly, unless I try and access anything from that artist. It won't play and even after I click on their page or on any of their albums, the app completely stops and I have to restart.

No problem viewing that artist on PC. Is this an Android 10 issue?

We tried reproducing the issue on our side and everything went okay when playing different audiobook chapters on Die Drei ???'s Spotify page. 

In such a case it'd also be helpful to try logging in with a different Spotify account on your device to check if it's an account-related issue. If it works with another account, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer next.

I´m also having that issue. Whenever I try to view the discography of this specific artist (Die drei ???) I get a blank window with the topic "releases". From that point the app seems to no longer work normally. The artists main page and even the spotify settings aren´t loading anymore. By restarting the app it gets back normal again. I have tried reinstalling the app and was able to access the dicography. The next day I had the issue again. I also tried to clear the cache with no effect. The issue remains with different wifi connections and mobile connection.
Phone: Huawei Nova
Android: 7.0
Spotify: 8.5.55.1105

Same Problem here.

Whenever i visit the artists page of Drei Fragezeichen, the App crashes/freezes and needs a restart. LG G6 on Android 9.

Its very annoying because i am a heavy Drei Fragezeichen listener 😞

Same issue here. It started with "DIE DREI ???" playlists after the latest update but now I cannot open any playlist or album. I have already reinstalled the app, there is 11GB free and the webplayer is working normally. Device: Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.0, spotifiy family.

every time I open the artist page of "Die drei ???", only the gray sceleton appears. After that, nothing works properly in the app: I can't open other artist pages and I can't play music. I have recorded my screen. here you can see the bug well:
